Aloha Meet Jamie Baxter,

Jamie Baxter is Owner / Director of Operations for All Kine Pools & Spas LLC. Jamie has had over 25 years of management experience. Though she was proud of her accomplishments and will miss what she had done for many years, she felt it was the right time to focus on family and help her husband Joe expand the family business. 

Born and raised here in the Big Island of Hawaii, Jamie was raised with a close relationship and bonding with family. She believes in her heart, that blood makes you family, but a friendship based on honesty, trust, and true aloha, makes you family as well, and everyone knows that here in Hawaii Family comes first. This is what Jamie provides for each one of our clients of our All Kine Pools & Spas Ohana. 

Jamie and Joe have a love for people. They had a vision of not only accommodating their clients with Professional 5 star Pool & Spas maintenance, repairs, and renovations, but also creating relationships and a family “Ohana” with their clients, by choosing to have quality services, rather than quantity clients, and having the time to invest in each one of their properties as well as knowing and understanding their needs.

Jamie wears many hats in the company, which is nothing new in her past career. She is responsible for HR, Accounting, payroll, marketing, and reporting, and training classes. She keeps each client up to date on all aspects of their pools & spas. She schedules cleaning, repair, and renovations and Inventory as well. 

Jamie is very thorough in everything she does. She is always striving for growth by finding new, creative and innovated ideas and latest certifications, and equipment to help the company, employees and clients receive only the best. Jamie plays a big role in keeping our All Kine Pools & Spas Ohana together.

Joe Baxter is Owner and Operator of All Kine Pools & Spas LLC that was established in 2005. 

Joe just recently retired from Hualalai Four Seasons Resort after 25 years, on January 2020. He was a Lead in Water features department and over saw the daily operations and special projects for the water feature team that maintained & repaired all pools & spas located on the resort. Though he loved his job at the Resort, he wanted to focus on the expansion of his family business. 

Joe has a passion for pools and he has gained so much knowledge over the years. He is confident in what he does and will go above and beyond for each one of his clients, and takes care of each pool as if it was his own. Everyone just loves Joe! His friendly smile, approachable demeanor, and sincere Aloha spirit, is what makes him stand out from any ordinary pool guy. Like every aspect of a pool, water quality diminishes over time. Pool water is subject to harsh chemicals and biological remains, such as dead skin, oils, and hair. Pool water chemistry can not be effectively treated after a 5-7 year period and some cases sooner. Another reason may be due to warm climate and Hawaii heat, water is constantly being evaporated, every time someone goes in and out of the pool, it loses a little bit of water. This means that the water is consistently replaced by the automatic water leveler (AWL) “Auto Fill”. The more new water that is added to the pool and the amount of calcium levels in your new water going into your pool, as well as consistent refilling of pools / spas may increase hard water readings and when your water temperature rises, the balancing of the chemicals is greatly effected. Certain chemicals may not dissolve properly in the pool water. Minerals in water such as calcium and copper will fall out and cause staining to to surface of your pool and tiles. Once this happens you will start to notice visible chalky calcium deposits adhere to and harden on these surfaces. Chemicals and professional cleaning can remove the staining and build up.
